It is always nice to know about classes and trainers prior to booking.... so let us tell you what we are all about.
J Walkies Dog School is a pet dog training school. With a certified trainer being Jane Wood. Jane has lots of different training courses and tailored training packages to offer. We offer Workshops, Classes, Training Walks and 1-2-1 training packages for more tailored and personalised training for each dog. Here at J Walkies Dog School we are an advocate for positive reinforcement training methods. A happy dog is a happy owner. Our classes and workshops are kept small so we can offer a more personal service ensuring confidence in your dog and handler in these sessions. If you are having any unwanted behaviours or even just increase the bond between you and your dog, to add more tools to your dogs training, or you are a 1st time owner and are starting from the beginning and you are wanting to seek help with a certified dog trainer, then you have come to the right place!
J Walkies would love to help. Among Jane's qualifications are Advance Dog Training with the Association of Pet Dog Trainers APDT UK and also a Graduate Member of the APDT UK.

Classes and Workshops
J Walkies Dog School classes are a great way to get the best training you desire for you and your dog. With weekly sessions there is lots of knowledge to learn and take away whilst providing hands on experience with training your dog. These are great for all levels of training that you may be missing.
1-2-1 Training Sessions
1-2-1 Training Session with J Walkies Dog School are a great alternative to classes. Giving you and your dog complete private sessions with a qualified trainer. 1-2-1 allows J Walkies Dog School to be more flexible on our way of training and tailors each training session to each individual dogs needs.
Training walks
J Walkies Dog School completes the majority of the training of your dog in an individual setting, for when, whatever reason you are unable to do this. Taking all the stress and strain out of training your dog.

Here at J Walkies Dog School we have all your pet dog training needs here. Using all positive reinforcement methods, ensuring you have the best results with training your dog. while building the bond between you and your dog. Our training is an enjoyable experience for you and your dog, so that you and you dog want to keep up your learning and skills.
What to expect from our classes, workshops and packages.
Everyone receives one of our welcome packs with a few bits of equipment for your course, some literature and offers from other small dog companies, many local and some free samples of natural dog treats.
Our classes are small so you get a great experience and lots of quality training. Handouts for everything that we have covered in that session is emailed to you so you have another point of reference and learning tool.
You will also get homework to complete ready for your next session so that you can practice your skills and improve your dogs training which also helps to build your bond and confidence between you and your dog for excellent results and solid behaviours for your dog.
